To provide account services, we collect:

• Account Data: Name and email (for account creation)
• Approximate Location: City/country only (derived from IP, no GPS/geocoordinates)
• App Activity: Salawat counts (stored with your account)

2. How We Use Your Data

• Create and manage your account
• Improve app features (aggregated analytics only)

3. Data Storage & Security

• All data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and at rest
• Stored in Firebase (Google Cloud servers)
• Never sold to third parties

4. Account Creation Data

We collect name, email, and location exclusively for:

• User account creation and verification
• Personalizing your Salawat experience

This data is never shared with third parties except Firebase (our secure storage provider).

5. Data Retention

We retain account data until you request deletion. Aggregated Salawat counts (without personal identifiers) may be kept for community statistics.

6. Account Deletion

Users can delete their account by navigating to the dashboard, tapping the profile icon in the top-left corner, and selecting the “Delete Account” option.

7. Bulk Salawat Recording

When submitting multiple Durood at once, we store the total count as a single timestamped event (e.g., “50 Durood on 7 July 2025”).

8. Community Statistics

Global counters display aggregated totals only. Your individual contributions remain private.

9. Third-Party Services

We use:

• Firebase Authentication (account management)
• Stored in Google Firebase (view their policies: https://firebase.google.com/support/privacy)

11. Children’s Privacy

We do not knowingly collect data from users under 13. Parents may contact us to remove accidental collections.
